In order to find the correct replacement leaf spring for a trailer you will need to note the type (double eye, slipper), measure the unloaded length, and find the axle capacity. Since you have already determined that you have double eye leaf springs that measure 25-1/2" long then all we need to do is find the axle capacity which is listed on a sticker in the center of the axle tube.

I have linked an article below which will help you to accurately measure your leaf springs to ensure you get the correct length. With your 5th wheel trailer having a 12,000lb GVWR you will most likely have 6,000lb double eye leaf springs like # e34SR. While you can use either this Spring # e34SR which is 25-1/4" and the Spring # e47SR which is 25-1/8" on the same trailer as they are so close in size the particular difference in these springs is the amount of leaves they use.
